At TheHockeyShop, we are committed to providing you with the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your hockey gear is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact before initiating a return.

• 2.
  Request a Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the Return Authorization slip inside the box, then drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
