When it comes to feel, the Morph’s anatomical design allows for maximum mobility and comfort. The AX Suede palm provides top tier durability and moisture management while the Microban treated lining material offers lasting freshness. External Material
The exterior of the glove is designed with a tough, thick nylon material, which is created to cover all the padding with a durable outer layer. This provides the glove with a durable and lightweight exterior that protects the hand during the most intense of games. This material also offers ventilation, keeping your hands cool and comfortable during games.
Design & Protection
The hand is protected with a triple laminate pro protection package. This design features molded foams that are designed to provide protection and comfort in the areas players will need it the most. There are also PE inserts throughout the glove to provide an additional layer of protection, keeping players secure and reducing the chance of any injury.
Backhand Protection
This glove is designed with an anatomical design which allows for maximum mobility and comfort. Sherwood added an E-Lite pro shield which is a multi laminate protection system with a 3D molded deflection plate. This shield is also embedded with Nitrex foam, which is shock mitigating engineered foam that is designed for repeat impacts, keeping the hands protected and covered during games.
Thumb Design
The thumb on this glove features a flex lock thumb. This mechanical protection element allows for full forward mobility while still protecting against impacts and hyper extensions, helping prevent the risk of any injury.
Cuff Design
Sherwood added a molded cuff on the Rekker Morph Pro gloves. A molded cuff offers enhanced wrist mobility and protection. It allows for a better range of motion, enabling players to stickhandle and shoot with more flexibility, while still providing adequate protection against impacts and slashes.
Palm Material & Gussets
This glove features an AX Suede palm. This palm has exceptional moisture management to keep the hands dry and cool while playing, while also providing comfort. This palm also has high abrasion resistance for improved durability and an immediate “game ready” feel, right off the shelf.
Sherwood also added Lycra Stretch Gussets in these gloves which offer increased flexibility, dexterity, and comfort during gameplay. They allow for a more natural hand and finger movement, enhancing stick handling and overall mobility. These gussets also contribute to the game ready feel, as they are responsive and conform to the hand’s shape.
Liner
The inside of the glove features a microban anti-microbial treated liner which is designed to wick away moisture and odors, keeping the gloves fresher for longer. This design is also meant to keep the players hands dry during games, by absorbing sweat and maintaining a lightweight feel.
