Built for goalies who demand control, durability, and responsiveness, the 2026 Tacks pro goalie stick combines advanced materials with elite-level engineering. The shaft features Alupli composite, a layered construction of aluminum and carbon fiber that delivers exceptional strength while keeping the weight low. Inside the paddle, carbonrib technology reinforces the foam core with strategically placed carbon fiber strips for added impact resistance. Paired with the Evo blade, which offers a stiff toe for rim pickups and a softer heel for enhanced puck feel, the Tacks Pro is designed to elevate every save and sharpen every move.
Paddle Technology
This stick is designed with Carbonrib technology. This is a newly reinforced paddle construction that features strategically fused carbon fiber strips that are seamlessly integrated into the core to enhance strength, stability, and overall durability. The paddle also features double steep shoulders, which is a new paddle geometry that is designed to improve hand position.
Stick Technology
To reinforce the design of this stick, CCM used their Alupli Composite material. This allows the elevated shaft design to now combine aluminum layers with carbon fibers to push boundaries of impact resistance.
Stick Flex Profile
The Tacks Pro goalie stick is designed with a new high flex profile, combined with a stiff paddle and a softer shaft. This flex profile has been developed to enable easier puck stopping along the board and zone clearances when needed.
Shaft Geometry
The shaft is designed with a variable “V” geometry with a shorter shaft. The unique double geometry on the shaft is designed to ensure total control inside or outside the crease while reducing stick twist.
Blade Construction
CCM constructed the blade on this stick to be durable, while remaining lightweight. The soft-stiff EVO blade is a blade construction with a stiffer toe to help collect rims along the boards, with a softer heel for greater feel when playing the puck.
Sizing & Colors
The CCM Tacks Pro Intermediate Goalie Stick comes in paddle lengths 23” with a P1 and P4 blade curve in both right and left hands. This stick is offered in Black, Green, Navy, Red, Royal, White, and Yellow.
The P4 features a deep curve that allows for more powerful passes, making it easier to quickly move the puck up the ice.
The P1 features a combination of the heel curve and open face that gives the goalie superior lift on passes, allowing for much easier clearing of the puck through the air.
