CCM Next Youth Hockey Elbow Pads (2023)

Intro & New Features

CCM has produced new protective gear at the recreational level in 2023. The new CCM "Next" line is designed to be a reliable, durable and protective line of hockey gear at the recreational level. The Next line is built to be lightweight and keep players cool and dry on the ice, while still providing players with protection from impacts. The elbow pads feature a one-piece construction, JDP elbow caps, and a double strapping system.

Construction

Built with a one-piece construction, this design allows for good mobility and comfort while keeping young players protected from the toughest of impacts. The sublimated liner is designed to provide comfort while the pads are being worn, making it a good elbow pad for youth hockey players.

Forearm Protection

The forearms are covered with compress-molded EVA foam with PE inserts to keep players protected. They have a sublimated lining with great lightweight protection around the forearms which keeps players dry and the gear lightweight while still providing protection from impacts.

Elbow Cap

The elbow caps are built with a JDP cap. The caps are made up of PE plastic and are designed for protection that you can count on from all impacts.

Bicep Protection

The articulated bicep is molded with a PE plastic insert which covers the bicep and provides players with protection and coverage from all impacts. The sublimated lining and slip-on elastic sleeve construction provide comfort and mobility, allowing players to move freely without feeling restricted.

Strapping

When properly adjusted, the elbow pads sit nicely on players arms keeping them secure. They have a double strap adjustment system with a maximized velcro landing zone. This system is developed to secure the elbow pad in place while maintaining an excellent level of comfort.

Sizes

The CCM Next Youth Hockey Elbow Pads come in sizes Small, Medium, and Large.
