CCM Jetspeed FT860 Junior Hockey Skates

Intro & New Features

CCM has released the FT860 skate for the recreational level player. Notable features for this Jetspeed skate include a 2D Quarter construction, 7mm felt tongue, CCM Ortholite insole, and the Speedblade holder with pre-sharpened stainless steel runners.

Skate Fit Profile

The FT860 skate uses ADPT Memory Foam, with a denser configuration to create a more snug fit. The regular fit is standard in this skate, and half sizes increments are available, starting at 1 and going up to 3.5.

Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile

A 2D Quarter construction with a faux carbon skin is used in the boot, adding just the right amount of support while remaining lightweight and durable, with a pro appearance.

Lacing System

The skate continues to use the tried and true standard eyelet and lace system.

Tongue

The tongue in the FT860 skate has been optimized for lace-bite prevention and player comfort with a 7mm felt tongue, single-layer construction, and incorporated 3D mesh lacebite protection.

Steel/Runner/Profile/Blade Holder

CCM has equipped the FT860 skate with the Speedblade holder and pre-sharpened stainless steel runners. The Speedblade holder is a sturdy holder with non-removable blades.

Insoles

A traditional CCM Ortholite insole is included with the FT860 to provide ultra-lightweight comfort during use.

Graphics

The FT860 skate closely resembles the elite level graphics seen in the release of the new Jetspeed line, with red and black colouring seen throughout the skate. A fluid design finds its place on the skate with red meeting the faux carbon skin, and a white CCM logo on the side of the skate.
