Maximize your dominance in front of the net with the new EFlex 7 chest & arm protector. Featuring amplified net coverage, pro-level impact protection and an enhanced fit profile. Some key upgrades include increased floater width with a dynamic shoulder contour and the new ADPTFIT elbow design. Combined with the performance benefits of Aer-Tec thermoregulation, goalies will move faster and react quicker.
External Material
CCM continues to use their revolutionary Aer-Tec ventilation and suspension systems along with their 2025 protective gear. Aer-Tec looks to address overheating in protective hockey gear, which is especially important for goalies and with their chest & arm protector. Aer-Tec uses ventilation ports and suspends the gear away from the body, effectively allowing for more cool air to travel through while releasing hot air back out.
Internal Foams
The sternum and clavicle areas are protected with molded HD foam with D3O to provide maximum impact protection. D3O foam is a smart material with a soft and flexible nature when at rest, allowing for a comfortable fit and freedom of movement. However, upon impact, the foam stiffens and absorbs the energy generated by the collision. This quick transformation helps to dissipate and spread out the force, reducing the risk of injury.
Shoulder Caps
The EFlex 7 protector features compression-molded HD foam with flex points. This design is supposed to allow goalies to have a bit more mobility while wearing the gear, while also having the necessary coverage where needed. The shoulder caps provide optimized coverage with an increased range of motion. The shoulder floaters have a net coverage design with an adjustable wrap, which increases net coverage while sitting balanced on the body.
Chest Protection
The chest is protected with multi-segmented HD ventilated zote foam to provide maximum protection that is shaped to move with the body. Additionally, the ribs are protected with multi-segmented HD/LD ventilated zote foam to extend impact protection and coverage with added breathability.
Elbow Caps
To protect the elbows CCM included an ADPTFIT adjustable elbow design with a comfort cap. This comfortable sleeve construction features multiple fit adjustments so that goalies can find their preferred fit while making saves.
