Skate Fit Profile
The Bauer Vapor Shift Pro Junior Hockey Skates come in sizes 1-3.5 (full & half) and in regular and wide skate widths.
Boot Construction & Stiffness
The Junior Shift Pro skates feature a CURV Composite quarter package and a Digi Comp outsole. The integration of CURV and Digi Comp provides players with a skate that has a great balance of stiffness and flexibility which helps with energy transfer and agility on the ice.
Liner & Internal Padding
With a sublimated liner that is designed to wick away moisture and keep the skates fresh, and memory foam ankle padding, players can have a skate that is comfortable and protective, while also feeling fresh for longer.
Lacing System
The Shift Pro hockey skates use a traditional lacing system when compared to all other hockey skates. The standard flex facing lace system along the eyelets are designed to keep the skates tight with improved durability and reliability.
Tongue
This skate comes equipped with a pro stock 40oz felt tongue. This tongue focuses on comfort and performance, and is infused with an injected comfort pad down the middle to offer a balance of performance, support, and an overall great feel.
Steel/Runner/Profile/Blade Holder
The Shift Pro skates are equipped with a Lightspeed Edge holder with a trigger release system. This holder locks the Fly-X steel into place to eliminate any loosening or the blades slipping out. The Fly-X steel is engineered for exceptional durability, edge retention, and an enhanced glide.
Toe Cap
With an asymmetrical toe cap, this concept has been observed in previous Bauer hockey skates for many previous years. The toe cap contributed a better overall fit by utilizing any unused space inside the boot.
Insoles
Featuring a Form Fit+ footbed, which is made of a contoured foam material that molds to the shape of the players’ foot over time. This design helps provide a personalized fit and improves overall comfort by reducing pressure points and enhancing stability.
Graphics
The skates have a black base, with white and silver accents highlighting the Shift Pro and Bauer logo. There are also yellow lines in a modern design to further enhance the look of this skate.
