Bauer Vapor FlyLite Senior Hockey Elbow Pads
Intro & New Features
The 2025 Vapor protective line sees many changes and new additions which includes the Bauer Vapor FlyLite elbow pads. With an optimized fit in mind, Bauer’s 3-piece elbow pad construction combines 360° wrap with an ergo shape cap to offer a fit that will stay in place all game long. These elbow pads are lightweight but remain effective at protecting players with key upgrades which includes low profile caps, and CURV Composite forearm protection.
Construction
The FlyLite elbow pads feature a 3-piece construction with new low profile ergonomic elbow caps that allows for great mobility while playing. Each piece of the construction is light and able to move independently based on your movements, and the strapping with 360° forearm protection helps keep the elbow pads in place.
Bicep & Forearm Protection
To protect the biceps, the FlyLite elbow pads feature a floating bicep pad with PE inserts. This keeps the biceps protected and secure from impacts without having to worry about mobility. The forearm has a 360° design which keeps it covered at all angles, and both the forearm and bicep are reinforced with CURV Composite to provide an additional layer of protection.
Elbow Caps
Bauer added a 3-piece construction with new low profile ergonomic caps to keep the elbows protected. The elbow caps low profile design ensures a snug and deeper fit, this promotes a contoured feel, allowing players to move freely and not worry about feeling restricted.
Strapping System
The Vapor FlyLite elbow pads use the Dynaflex strapping system which can be found on many previous Vapor elbow pads. Dynaflex is both tough and soft, which makes it able to give players max protection without sacrificing mobility and has elite comfort and anchoring abilities.
Liner
The Thermocore Zero liner is implemented in the FlyLite elbow pads. It is great at wicking away moisture and repelling odour, and has cooling properties so you can stay nice and refreshed while you play.
