Intro & New Features

The Bauer Supreme Fuse Hockey Gloves are the most protective gloves that have been released by Bauer in the last few years. These gloves feature many pro-level specs that make it not only reliable, but durable and protective as well. The Supreme Fuse gloves are designed to be highly protective while promoting mobility, allowing players to not feel restricted while wearing these gloves.

External Material

The gloves are constructed with a Pro Lite Tex and cable mesh exterior, providing a combination of durability and breathability. The Pro Lite Tex material offers excellent resistance against abrasions and wear, while the cable mesh allows for enhanced airflow and ventilation to keep the hands cool during gameplay. This combination was last seen on the Mach gloves, and on top of providing pro-level durability, the materials also keep the glove lightweight.

Finger Design & Protection

The Supreme Fuse Youth gloves feature a 2-piece finger design when it comes to protection. This is a common design feature that is aimed at balancing high-level protection with maximum mobility and dexterity, allowing for a better feel when handling the stick. This design splits protective foam and plastic inserts on the fingers into separate parts, which helps the glove easier.

Backhand Protection

The backhand of these gloves are protected with MD foam, providing full comfort and mobility. The integrated, durable MD foams allow the players to play-on as the gloves shield the hands from impacts, reducing the effect of slashes, or blocked shots. The padding sits seamlessly on the backhand, without compromising on mobility, allowing the players to move freely without feeling restricted.

Thumb Design

These gloves feature a one-piece thumb design, providing protection to players. The one-piece thumb is designed to maximize protection against slashes and prevent the thumb from hyper-extending. The one-piece thumb design provides a solid, armored shield that acts as a guard against slashes and direct puck impacts, and by not allowing the thumb to bend as much, it reduces the risk of breaking the thumb or wrist.

Cuff Design

When designing the cuff on these gloves, Bauer incorporated the use of an integrated cuff roll. This cuff provides a combination of maximum wrist protection and enhanced mobility. Unlike traditional cuffs, these are designed to move with the player while providing elite-level protection. The cuff features reinforced protection directly over the wrist, which is a key target area for slashes.

Palm Material & Gussets

This glove uses the Connekt palm. This construction offers the player maximum comfort and a closer, “connected” feel to the stick and the puck, in addition to having some extra durability. Making this area of the glove more durable has been a major focus in modern times as an increasing number of hockey sticks are being developed with more grip. These gloves also incorporate comfort stretch gussets, allowing for pro-level flexibility and hand movement.

Liner

The Bauer Supreme Fuse hockey gloves are equipped with a Hyper Sense finger liner, providing a comfortable and lightweight feel. This liner offers a nice, natural sensation, allowing players to stay focused on the game without distractions. The gloves also feature a Thermocore Sublimated backhand pad, which is an incorporated specially treated yarn treatment that efficiently manages sweat and odor.

The Bauer Supreme Fuse Youth Hockey Gloves come in sizes 8” and 9”. Additionally, they come in Black/Red, Black/White, and Navy.
