The Bauer Supreme Fuse Elbow Pads are designed to provide elite-level protection for hockey players. Designed with a low profile construction keeping the pad in place, AMP Hinged bicep protection, and a Thermocore Zero liner to provide comfort, these elbow pads keep players covered while on the ice. With a variety of sizes and a durable strapping system, these elbow pads are a solid option for hockey players.
Elbow Caps
The elbows are protected with a unique and innovative design. The deep fitting, low profile elbow caps are constructed to stay in place, while the player moves on the ice. This design stays in place, and when adjusted correctly, it doesn’t allow for unwanted movements, keeping players covered at all times.
Bicep Protection
Bauer designed these elbow pads to protect the biceps with a AMP (Active Motion Protection) hinged bicep with CURV Composite protection. The Active Motion Protection system is designed to provide amplified mobility, while also providing a full coverage protection while enhancing movements on the ice. Bauer also included reinforced CURV Composite which offer reliable defense against impacts and collisions.
Forearm Protection
These elbow pads feature a new 180° mold with CURV Composite protection. The design of the mold is made to wrap around the players forearm and provide protection to the surrounding areas. It allows the players to be covered while on the ice, and the padding is also designed to stay in place, preventing unwanted movements. To reinforce the padding, Bauer used their CURV Composite design, which acts as a second layer of protection, so that players are kept safe while on the ice.
Strapping System
To keep the padding in place, Bauer implemented a wrap lock forearm strap and a comfort anchor strap. Both straps feature a velcro attachment, and connect to a velcro landing. When properly adjusted, the elbow pads are designed to hug the forearms and keep all of the protection in place, preventing any unwanted movements.
Liner
The inside of the elbow pads feature Bauer's Thermocore Zero lining material. The liner is specifically designed to manage sweat and odours, ensuring a fresh feel throughout the entire game. It is not only designed to wick away moisture, but it also regulates temperature within the pads, keeping players nice and cool. The liner also features grip print, which is designed to keep the players pad in place as they move on the ice.
